Were it all on one page, the QOA powers system could take a substantial
amount of time to download. For that reason I have broken it down into
the major powers. Each section listed below provides a chart listing the
powers and their point values, as well as providing some notes on what the
powers can do.

provided descriptions for powers that are not detailed in either of those
volumes. None of the information provided here is intended to serve as a
kind of supplement to the publications of Phage Press, nor should it be
interpreted to apply to any campaign other than this one. Rather, this
section is provided specifically to inform my players and observers about
the powers system I use within the Queens of Amber campaign.
