Stage Combat Mailing List Information |
The Stage Combat Mailing List is a forum for folks involved in theatrical stage combat to discuss the various aspects of the art.
Noting a lack of mailing lists for the art of stage combat, and being aware of at least one failed attempt at a Usenet newsgroup for the subject, this mailing list was created to support conversations about various aspect of theatrical stage combat on the Internet. This includes techniques, training, public relations, announcements of upcoming stage combat events, etc.

I've placed latest administrative information sheet online.
If this list takes off, I'll make a categorized archive available. I'm storing the messages as of 1/20/96, and after a couple of weeks, I'll see if there is enough to justify perhaps a weekly update to an archive.
Attached is the subscribe information for a new mailing list devoted to the study of 16th & 17th C. sword combat. Both civilian and military. The list is not for discussion of rules of adaptation to any specific society or organization. It is for the scholarly study of period philosophy, history and technique.
